Fed: Government denies it will take back fire victims' land
Bushfire victims have been warned to beware of unscrupulous real estate agents who
suggest that the ACT government will resume their land.
The ACT Planning Authority says it's received reports some real estate agents may
have told victims of the fires that their land could be resumed if they didn't quickly
rebuild.
The agents were alleged to have used the claim to pressure the fire victims to sell their land.
